Those times will be announced on my Instagram page in advance. Support is available Monday thru Friday 9am to 6pm mountain standard time.
Turn around time is 1-3 business days. Resin orders have a general turn around time of 7-10 business days but in most cases will ship sooner. Orders are processed in the order they were received. All orders except orders containing glass bead strands will ship by standard USPS 3-5 day mail but there is a listing for a priority mail upgrade at an additional cost of 3.25 if you need your order sooner. Due to the weight of the package when you have beads in your order your package will automatically ship by priority mail.
I am not responsible for lost or damaged packages due to negligence of the USPS. Once your package leaves my hands I no longer have control of it. You will need to file a claim with the post office.
Refund/return/cancellation policy
All sales are final. For any concerns with manufacturer defect such as a missing stone etc,email us at [email protected]within 7 days, please include a photo of the item.
